These are three really frequently asked questions, and I will answer them separately in this answer.

1st question: WHEN?
The law will be shown twice.

When? There are two different occasions that the law will be shown on. The first time is together with Christ’s blood as the first time offers forgiveness for transgression against the law and offer man eternal salvation.

Then, a short time will pass and then the law will be shown to mankind again, this time without the blood offering salvation, this second time it is for the judgment.

 When God gave the law at Mount Sinai works as a good example. First, they received a revelation, a physical manifestation of the law, and confirmed a covenant with God using blood. Then God tested them in Moses’ absence and most of them transgressed, not trusting in God and His law and made a feast worshipping a graven image. Those who remained faithful were then called God’s elected people. Moses came down from the mountain and he literally broke the stone tablets with the law in front of them, representing how they had knowingly rebelled and broken it despite the great manifestation they had received.

The two times they are shown the law reveals God’s principles shown throughout the Bible. God has so far never judged anyone without enlightening them first on the possibility of salvation and rehabilitation. God does not make a final judgment over the earth before people had a chance to know the truth and then rejected it. 

Even in the case of Sodom that received a seemingly quick and surprising judgment, there had already been prior enlightenment as to their state. They revealed that Lot had preached to them when saying to him: «This one fellow came in to sojourn, and he will needs be a judge» (Gen.9,19) 

God had even saved the inhabitants of Sodom and Gomorrah through Lot’s uncle Abraham when they were attacked by enemies. Everyone there knew that they owed Abraham and Lot’s «sojourn» among them not only their lives but all their riches. Abraham had credited God for making it possible to rescue them. (Gen 14:20 & 22) Even though Sodom had been destroyed in one night, they had an opportunity to receive the truth, the light, and God’s salvation and they had rejected it before the night of their destruction. Equally the building of Noah’s ark, a time-consuming work, served as a witness before the flood.

You will hardly find an example where God judges someone who has not in some way or another been made aware of their sins and rejected to turn from them. This is just how God works as shown in Scripture. Even heathens unacquainted by God’s law receive an understanding of right and wrong spiritual and are held accountable for that light. (Rom 2:14-16)

So this world will not be JUDGED by the showing of the law BEFORE having received the knowledge of God’s law and been offered SALVATION. Once it has been rejected God will step back and test people’s sincerity and once everyone has taken their stance, the law will be shown again as an act of JUDGEMENT. In the time between God will allow Satan to deceive through religious leaders, through spiritualism, and even sending a false Christ to say the opposite. God allows it to test people to see if they will trust Him, the Bible, and be faithful even if the masses choose to be deceived. By allowing this God will quickly see how is sincere in their conversation and who is not. But He will only allow it for a very short time. (2Co 11:13-15) Will mankind listen to the sound gospel as manifested by God, the law, and the blood? Or will they listen to leaders and spiritual leaders before God and God’s handwriting? Will they trust a false messiah preaching God’s law can be changed or broken with God’s blessing or will they trust the blood on the mercy seat? This will be the final test.

 When will the law be shown with the blood? The angels guarding the Ark told Ron Wyatt they will be shown after the national enforcement of the breaking of God’s law in the United States. Why the United States, why do they matter? Because it is one of the most influential and powerful nations in the world and because it claims to represent God. It is also the power that will bring the final tribulation upon mankind with their legislation. It will have that much of an impact on everyone. In the book of Revelation, the USA are «the beast coming out of the earth» mentioned in Revelation 13 and verses 11-18. The religious movement in the USA is the one called in Revelation «the false prophet». ( Rev. 16:13 & 19:20 )

Now I know many have tried to say it is Islam or Muhammed, but the angels in the cave confirmed it was talking about the USA and the religious movements there. And this is also what Ron Wyatt, the man who was lead to the Ark of the Covenant, taught and believed.

When the USA enforces religious laws that are a direct violation of God’s law IN GOD’S NAME, they have formed «AN IMAGE OF THE BEAST». The beast here mentioned copied is the first beast in Revelation 13 which is the Roman Catholic Church (Rev.13:1-10). This is how the “first beast” once rose to power among God’s people, they changed God’s laws with their own. Calling sin holy, and what God had called HOLY a sin. And they did it all in God’s and Christ’s name. Hence God’s anger. When pagans break or change God’s law in the name of foreign gods it is less sin than those claiming to do it on God’s behalf. The deception and damage are much greater and force God to let people know they are not representing Him. 

The warnings in the book of Revelation are not against Muslims but against our own, those who claim Christ’s blood while doing iniquity. And the devil has united Christians by presenting them as a common enemy who is used as a scapegoat for the calamities they experience because of their transgressions. 

In Revelation 17 we see a harlot riding the beast. God used the description of being a harlot when His people are unfaithful to His law and mix their religious service with paganism and iniquity:

«How is the faithful city become an harlot! it was full of judgment; righteousness lodged in it; but now murderers» (Isa.1:21)

“They say, If a man put away his wife, and she go from him, and become another man’s, shall he return unto her again? shall not that land be greatly polluted? but thou hast played the harlot with many lovers; yet return again to me, saith the LORD” (Jer.3:1).

“Thou hast played the whore also with the Assyrians, because thou wast unsatiable; yea, thou hast played the harlot with them, and yet couldest not be satisfied” (Eze.16:28).

“Wherefore, O harlot, hear the word of the LORD” (Eze.16:35)

The harlot riding the beast represents a Church claiming Christ’s name. God expected much, but instead, He found a church that resembles the morals and practices of the world. Who also preach a changed law to their members and prophecy falsely that all good will come to all who follow their advice (Rev 18:4-4).

The evangelicals prophesize falsely about the future by picking things from the Bible and twisting their meaning and creating a wrong understanding of end-time events. 

Because of them, most evangelicals today do have a false understanding of the events ahead of us and of the time we are currently living. It is hard to comprehend how much damage has been done by people connecting this false end-time understanding to the Bible which has been the base of all their theories. Many of these deceptions have been taught for over 150 years. Scriptures have been used to support a false prophetic understanding and those verses exposing the conclusions as false are explained away. It is easy to do with the Bible and it is why there exist thousands of different Christian denominations all claiming their faith is based on the Bible. It is not difficult to make a theory based on scripture and add fantasy. But the Bible is supposed to interpret the Bible. It is its own codebreaker. The law itself a code breaker for erroneous interpretations and deceptions (Isa 8:20, Psa.77:13, Mat 5:17-19, Matt.7:15-23, John 14:15 & 17) For many, it is hard to change their understanding because they have been imprinted that their understanding is from the Bible and when they open their Bible they see in the scripture that which they have been taught to see and so they don’t turn away from it. This is what happens when the Bible verses are taken out of the bigger context. 

Among the lies are a pre-tribulation rapture, the separation of Jews and faithful Christians, that the Jews have been given different conditions, time and opportunity to be saved, the truth about the identity of Antichrist, and the final events before and after Christ second coming. So badly are the deception regarding the antichrist that Christians are embracing him as we speak.

The exact date the law and blood will be shown is related to the acts of the opposition and therefore cannot be given. However, God knows ahead of time and therefore still has His plan intact. The revealing of the law is tied to the people preaching it annulled and acting on it while elevating their own religious law:

“It is time for thee, LORD, to work: for they have made void* thy law” (Psa 119:126). 

*VOID: pârar – paw-rar’ – A primitive root; to break up (usually figuratively, that is, to violate, frustrate): – X any ways, break (asunder), cast off, cause to cease, X clean, defeat, disannul, disappoint, dissolve, divide, make of none effect, fail, frustrate, bring (come) to nought, X utterly, make void.

Are we there yet? Yes, we are. Both the catholic church, protestants, and evangelicals preach that God’s law is set aside for their own changed version. That church legislation is above God’s handwriting on the law. Especially is this done equally among them all concerning God’s sabbath which they have removed and replaced with their Holy day, Sunday. They give blessings «from God» to those who keep the changed Sabbath and curse, slander and suppress those who keep God’s original sabbath. If they had only done their crime without harming those who are faithful their transgression would not have filled the cup of God’s wrath. But they do both.

Although the Papal church once made their behavior and faith a civil legal matter under the Dark Middle Ages, the United States has yet to do it. When they do it they copy the first «beast» behavior. When STATE LEGISLATION favorites a religious command and discriminates against those who oppose it they, as the most influential country in the world, will receive their warning. This is when God will show the law and the blood to the world to enlighten those who have been deceived and those who did not even know about Him, giving ALL a chance to choose Him as both Saviour and Lawgiver. And to show the world that none of these churches who preach the violation of His law were His representatives WHEN preaching this lie. When the USA makes these laws many other countries will follow leading to a world that rejects God’s law. Meaning they will all have made «void» God’s law and God’s authority.

So wait for this event, and not long after God’s offer to mankind will be given.

Conclusion:
In the Bible, in every book there and before any destruction coming over man, the offer of salvation comes BEFORE the judgment. «For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord GOD: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye» (Eze 18:32). The return of Christ to gather His faithful is imminent and this is why God will offer mankind salvation a short time before the event.

2nd Question. HOW?
God will bring the worlds attention to Jerusalem.

How will God do it? This is somewhat a secret that God is keeping mostly to Himself. The reason is that the moment His enemy knows God’s plans he can plan on how to get people to reject the revelation and offer. Mostly Satan, when deceiving Christians, tends to credit God’s work with being of him. And his, Satan’s work to be that of God. He switches it around. We see this many times in history that those who persecute God’s people think they do God a favor when doing it, thinking they are on His side and doing His bidding.
“They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service. And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me” (Joh 16:2-3). Many think God only speaks of the Jewish persecution but Jesus claims He is speaking about Christians doing it in Jesus’ name:
“But all these things will they do unto you for my name’s sake, because they know not him that sent me” (Joh 15:21).
This happens because the devil confuses them to think evil is good and good is evil, the holy unholy, and the unholy holy (Isa.5:20, Eze.22:26 & Eze.44:23-24).

Even Jesus Himself while doing good deeds was called of the devil, Beelzebub, demon-possessed, and crazy (Mar.3:22, Luk.11:15, Joh 10:20). Satan was behind these accusations given by those claiming to be high ranking among God’s people to make it believable. Many people believed it and rejected Christ out of fear he was working for Satan. Satan knows Christians fear him and so his best shot is to present the truth as something of him and the lie as from Christ to achieve his goal which is for Christians to reject God’s authority and law and for Jews to reject the blood of Christ. 

Knowing how Satan works, we KNOW FOR A FACT that Satan will try and make God’s LAST invitation and warning to mankind something satanic. He will claim it is from the antichrist to trick us, or that it is the devil himself behind. He will call the light for darkness. The liberty offered he will call bondage. He will call the keeping of God’s law a sin, and the breaking/changing of it holy. This will cause fear and many will trust their seemingly good and humble religious leaders whom Satan will use to convince people. The first Christians and Jesus dealt with the same problem in the first century when the deceivers among their people presented themselves as good, spiritual, charitable, and humble. Still, they rejected the present truth and killed Jesus.

The work Satan has put in already against this great coming manifestation of God and His salvation is to let people trust their spiritual leaders and their discernment more than the Bible. Satan did it by presenting a false end-time understanding. He did the same when the Jews rejected Christ. Satan had used the scripture to confuse them in order not to recognize the events happening in front of them, still, they believed their faith and understanding of the coming of the Messiah was scripture-based but it was scripture twisted (Joh 5:39-40; Joh.9:29; 2Pe.3:16). How Satan managed to use scripture to give them a false understanding of the mission of the Messiah’s first coming he has now done to Catholics, protestants, and evangelicals regarding the events of Christ’s second coming. He tried the same trick on Jesus when He was tempted in the wilderness, to quote scripture to lead Jesus to perdition. Jesus exposed his bluff knowing the fullness of the Bible (Mat 4:5-6). No human today knows the Bible better than Satan and if Christians leave the foundation, the truth of the law, and the blood, they are in danger of not being able to discern false teaching from the truth.

The false end-time understanding regarding Antichrist is now so deeply rooted in many Christians that it will work in Satans favor to make them reject God’s plea. The truth will never shine more clear, yet many people will be blinded by prejudice and suspicion. It is like the flat-earth people. It is so easy to prove the earth is round, the evidence is countless, we can even behold it with our own eyes through many different technologies, yet they see what they see as their inner conviction are greater than any evidence that can ever be produced. You can bring them up to space and have them look down on earth and they would still claim what they behold is not the truth. This is the same type of deception many Christians are subjected to when the devil quotes scripture in a deceptive way to them. They love the lie and will not see it any other way. Their inner conviction is placed over the Bible.

Because the law will be shown twice it will likely be shown in two different ways. 

The first time will include the blood of Christ. We know a videotape has been made with Ron Wyatt holding the tablets of stone. This tape was made in simplicity before computer wizards could make anything fake look real through digital editing and will undoubtedly play a role. If it was made today, showing someone living today, it would be easier to dismiss it as a computer trick. However, this old film with a man long gone is a witness in itself that it is authentic. But when God demonstrates His power He might not be satisfied with showing something people can doubt because of the technology we have today. 

To understand how God works we have to see how He did things in the past when He wanted to make a major statement to get people’s attention. One was in Egypt during the plagues there. In the first two signs, the Egyptian magicians did the same, copying Moses, making the Pharaoh believe Moses was just doing tricks and no powerful God was behind it (Exo 7:10-13, Exo 7:20-22) However, as God continued He showed Himself more powerful than any of the wise men of Egypt could copy or achieve. The creation of animals to plague them and the controlling of all the natural elements. In the end, God showed Himself as the one who all men will be judged by, even the greatest regent at that time could not escape His sentencing. 

God also showed Himself greater than any present human technology when He opened the Red Sea, doing something no man could copy or claim natural. Jesus continued this type of demonstration by resurrecting those who had already been dead for a while and by walking on water. Defying then known science. If God does not do a great manifestation then people might be credited for what He does. And in the end time, when giving mankind the last offer of salvation He wants the focus to be on Him and not a fallible man. This event is bigger and more important than any other event before it. People understanding there is an all powerful God has never been more important. And so what will He do? It is partly God’s secret, but might also partly have been prophecized. For even when God has secrets they are often revealed in Scripture, only hidden or misunderstood so they will not be fully comprehended until its fulfillment. God does this to bring the focus back to scripture. Jesus even quoted the book of Psalms where His death was prophecized while hanging on the cross in pain. God wants to lead us to His two witnesses, the old and the new testament as they contain life-saving truth. A manifestation is not enough, God will always combine manifestation with His teachings in the Bible. As the Bible helps man to understand what they see.
And so this might also be the case with this discovery, that He does something that can be traced back to Scripture.

A place that might very well be speaking of this event we get from two books in the Bible saying the same thing. It appears that one has quoted the other. It is from Mica and Isaiah.

“And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD’S house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it. 
And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth (BRING OUT ) the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem” ( Isa 2:2 – 3 ). 
This statement is repeated in Mica 4:1-2.

Now let us dissect this verse which has been translated to appear logical.

“…And it shall come to pass in the last days” 

• We are living in the last days now.

“…that the ’mountain of the LORD’S house’”

• Here it says: HAR (mountain) YAHWEH (God’s) BAYITH  (house)

Now since the Ark and the law are inside the northern side of Mount Moriah, the same mountain the temple was built on, this could be referring to the temple items inside the cave where the Ark was found. There is no other “house” for the Lord in or on the mount today.

If the Lord’s furniture is in that mountain it is His house. The word BAYITH can also mean «inside». Sometimes in the English Bible, the word is translated into inward, within, place, and even family all to make it fit with the content. Therefore this verse could be referring to the cave in the mountain with the temple furniture.

“…shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it”. 

• Established is taken from a Hebrew word that literally means to be ERECTED UP or prepared. The word «top» means HEAD or shake.
• And the word exalted means also LIFTED, raised up.

Many think of these words to be symbolic and that can very well. Many times in the bible the expression “shaken” is used to describe a great startling event getting attention. This fits with this discovery as well, when it is made known. But let us explore other possibilities as well. It is important to notice that the event here described is an event that is directed NOT just towards Jews but also to ALL the pagan nations. Meaning this event is relevant to the entire world. Now it is up to you to decide if you can get their attention and bring them into a state of learning by the symbolic lifting of the mountain or by lifting it literally? The whole world has its eyes on Jerusalem and the conflicts there. And the Jewish and Muslim battle for the mountain. If it was shaken and lifted up physically God would most certainly get the world’s attention. It would have shock value to atheists, Christians, Jews, and Muslims alike who all already believe the mountain is tied to God. No human can perfectly lift a mountain.  Still, God can come up with many ways to get the world’s attention which would make this verse come true also symbolically.

This scripture tells us that God isn’t ONLY trying to convert the Jews to His way and His law, but the entire world. This is a major event spoken of as the witness is to be worldwide. The verses continue:

«And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths:
for out of Zion shall BRING OUT the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.» ( 2,3-4)

There is not one way and one law for Jews and another for heathen. There are one way and one law for all who will follow God and Christ and another for those who follow Satan. The verse says: «In the last days» According to this verse God presents them all with the same requirements, the same teaching. To «walk in His paths». And the teaching and path He is teaching them in are THE TORAH. In Hebrew the word is TORAH, it says «FOR OUT OF SION SHALL THE TORAH BE BROUGHT OUT and the WORDS of the LORD» 

Notice it says two things the “TORAH” and the “WORD OF THE LORD”.

Now, why should the heathen come and learn the TORAH if it does not apply to them? Still, God will «in the last days» teach the whole world, all nations, about His law. 

The scripture itself says clearly that the law is brought out so even non-jews will walk in «His path». This verse actually says that He will get everyone’s attention towards the mountain and the law will be taken out and people will be instructed in God’s law. 

Now in these verses we, therefore, learn the following:
WHEN: In the last days
TO WHO: All nations
HOW: The mountain might be physically shaken and lifted. (Note Mount Moriah/Sion is currently not higher than the surrounding hills) OR God will get the world’s attention towards the mountain by other means and the lifting of the mountain is a symbolical expression of that.
WHAT: The law and the word of the Lord.

So this could be telling us how the law will be shown to the world the first time. Why the first time? Because it says people will have the opportunity to choose God, to choose to walk in His path. The scene is one of learning and not of judgment, of instruction and enlightenment. It appears that this is speaking of a time where God’s mercy is still offered to mankind. This fits with the first time they will be shown.

The second time, as mentioned, will be to judge for decisions already made. There is no conversion at that time.

In Revelation Rev 15:5-6-7 and Isaiah chapter 24 we see how God will use the same law that they had been instructed in to judge the earth, all nations, and not just Jews:

«Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty, and maketh it waste, and turneth it upside down, and scattereth abroad the inhabitants thereof. And it shall be, as with the people, so with the priest; as with the servant, so with his master; as with the maid, so with her mistress; as with the buyer, so with the seller; as with the lender, so with the borrower; as with the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. …The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant. Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.” (Isa 24:1-2 & 5-6). 

Notice it says priests and both rich and poor will perish. Not everyone who claims to be a religious servant is honoring God’s ways. Jesus confirmed this will happen also to Christian priests and evangelists (Mat 7:21-23).

In the book of Revelation we see the Ark in heaven appear and what follows are plagues over the earth. This end of these plagues marks the time for final judgment which ends with Christ’s second coming (Rev.15:7-8 & 16:1-21 & 14:14-20), The final judgment is written many places in Scripture.

The Bible also reveals to us that those who follow the Beast and take its mark receive these plagues and those who don’t are characterized with keeping both God’s law and the faith of Jesus. So we see a separation of the two (Rev.14,12 & 16:2.10 & 14:9-10 & 18:4).

When Jesus started His ministry here on earth He cleansed the sanctuary from all the corruption there and when He ended His ministry He cleansed it again. There are many patterns like this. The first showing will purge God’s church and the second time will cleanse it again.

Will the mountain be lifted physically?
This is only a Biblical suggestion on how God will get the world’s attention and to make people understand that this discovery is not the work of magic of one man or several men, but of the powerful Creator who is behind the plea. Time will tell if the scripture in Isaiah and Amos was symbolic or if it will happen physically. 

God will, either way, get the attention when He desires it. For Him, nothing is impossible (Mat.19:26). And so far the only event of «bringing forth of the law» to heathens as well as jews in the end time is found in these verses.

So this is a suggestion. And to know for sure all we can do is wait and see how God will manifest His law to the world.

3. WHO will do it?
Is there a man perfect enough?

Again we have to make another assumption based on how God has worked as shown throughout Bible history.
If you notice the pattern you will see God uses man to evangelize the offer of salvation to mankind. But when the time for judgment comes, very often angels are sent to carry out the judgment (Mat 13:39 Mat.13:49, Rev 14:18-20, Gen Gen 19:1 & 19:22, Exo 12:29, 2Ki 19:35 , and so on).

Why does God use man to evangelize? Satans accusations against God to man are that His law is a burden, that God is unforgiving and that it is impossible for man to be in a good stand with God.
God says about Himself that He is slow to wrath and mercyful (Exo.34:6). Jesus illustrated this character trait of God when He was here on earth showing how willing God is to forgive and heal the trespasser and wounded (Joh.3:16, Joh.8:11, Joh.3:17, Mat.6:12, Mar_2:10-11, Eze 34:16, Isa.53:5, Mat.9:13 and so on).
If only angels brought out the gospel of turning from sin and the importance of keeping God’s law, it might to some serve as a confirmation of Satan’s accusations.
Man is to bring out the good tidings themselves as they are witnesses of God’s mercy, of God’s power to save and turn a sinner into a member of God’s family. That anyone can walk with God and that God has the power to change both heart and mind. Man himself is a witness of God’s grace and great desire to forgive and blot out our sins.
When people see other people transformed by God’s grace, when they see them blessed by God who has forgiven their past wrongdoings, they know that God will accept them as well spite their past wrongdoings. Seeing God forgive and restore other people will give hope to those that Satan has convinced are not good enough for a strict and demanding God. {AA 134.2 & 3} Further it is right that humans should speak to their own kind, their own family who are living on this planet with them.
The planet was robbed from God because mankind allowed Satan to rule over them. It is mankind’s responsibility to represent God’s case and demand that the kingdom is restored to its rightful owner.

God calls fallible prophets, teachers, evangelizes to teach their fellow men. In the Bible, we see people God loved and used to preach had many faults they needed to overcome by His grace. Still, they were chosen to give mankind God’s offer of salvation. He let Moses bring the law to the camp because their accusation of it being impossible for man to be right with God would be silenced. Moses was a man with known past mistakes yet he was allowed to carry the law in his hands. Not because he had never broken these commands but because he had allowed God to cleanse and restore him.
Jesus did not write any of the gospels but left the job to people he had saved by His grace to do it. He did not stay on earth but left the assignment to preach to men. One had even betrayed him during his trial (Peter).
But God’s preachers have to show God’s transforming power on them or they have little to witness off. That is why Christ said you should know them by their fruit (Mat.7:15-20, Mat.3:10, Rom 2:3 ).

Using Ron Wyatt, a modern and ordinary man with a normal job and children to discover it and show the tables of stone is to many an offense. But Ron represented to mankind that God loves people. That there is mercy, forgiveness, and restoration offered to all. While he lived many looked down on him thinking it couldn’t be true, that such an ordinary man with no outward greatness could ever behold God’s throne on earth and hold the law in hands. But what they reject is God’s love for all, ordinary as well as extraordinary, sinners as well as saints. That anyone who turns to Him and let Him cleanse them will see Christ face to face. They will enter the undefiled city of God. Not because they never made a mistake but because God forgave them their mistakes and they turned from them (1Co 1:27-29).
Anyone who will work on showing the testimony of God to mankind will most likely be fellow humans. People that have desired the truth and not believed the lies, who represent God’s truth as far as it has been revealed to mankind. There is no such thing as a perfect human being at this time, but there are many people who are walking on God’s path in the right direction and have a correct understanding of scripture and prophecy.
Their walk is perfect even though they still will have struggles.
The people who will bring out this to the world do represent the end-time truth correctly. Those who have been deceived on end-time events might therefore reject it based on that alone.
Some who do receive Ron think there is no one else like him for God to choose. This too is an accusation towards God’s ability to save and use man. If there were no other righteous God can use then little hope is left of God’s power to both forgive and save. The devil wants us to think we can’t be good with God. Gods good news to mankind is that He is so ready to forgive and restore and that He can to anyone willing. We must not fall for Satan’s lies of God as someone impossible to unite with. Jesus is our example but people God saves who are just like you and I bring us hope and courage to seek God. So from the past patterns, God will most likely use men to bring out the testimony either by word or the physical law. Man will most likely get to analyze the blood of Christ that was given to save them.

The second time the law is shown it is time for judgment. God’s angels are seen to be the very ones carrying out the work with both plagues and who carry out the punishment at Christ’s second coming. What you can notice from Revelation 14 is Jesus gathering His faithful and leaving the job of punishing the ungodly to the angels. This is an important detail to notice as in the last conflict religious laws will be pressured upon people and man will take the role of judge and executer to those who will stay faithful to God’s law (Rev.13.16-17) This way we know they are not acting on God’s behalf but instead following the path of the Roman church under the Middle Ages who punished people for not following their religious laws.
The second time might therefore involve the angels and not humans.
“The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; 
And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth” (Mat 13:41). 

Conclusion:
There is no way of knowing for certain. All we have is the Biblical examples and patterns to guide us. This is why I have tried to answer these questions with the Bible. We should never accept revelation that does not harmonize with the Bible and so having the foundation of what the Biblical principles are is important before any revelation so that we can feel safe receiving the revelation. We might therefore keep an open mind. As for how and who is not as important as what God asks of us, which is fidelity to Him no matter what happens. If we do that, we won’t be deceived and God will help us to distinguish truth from error for us when that time comes.
